In healthy relationships, you feel safe, respected, and accepted for who are you.  In unhealthy relationships, you may feel anxious, confused, uncertain, and even unsafe.  Knowing these differences can help you choose the relationships you stay in, the relationships you want to build, and the relationships you should leave behind.

Relationships made during your teenage and young adult years form a important part of you life.  Even if you haven’t experience healthy relationships in the past – it’s not too late.  Change is always possible!

Our Connected – How to Establish and Maintain Healthy Relationships course is a safe space for you to learn about healthy relationships, write down your thoughts, answer some questions, and ask as many questions as you need.

By examining your identity, your past, your relationships, your boundaries, and thinking about your future, this course will help you let go of or change relationships that are unhealthy and begin to develop heathy relationships with yourself and the people in your life.
